Rain sat a grand piano playing a compliacted yet beautiful song

The Don sat in his chair behind his large, enveloping desk, listening to the music leak through into his office. "Hm," he mumbled to himself, hoisting himself up from the large, plush chair and eased out of the room to Rain. Standing near the piano, he listened intently and waited until she was done. "Rain," he muttered when she was done. "Come here."

Rain entered and lowered her head respectfully "yes Don?"

Carefully, the Don managed to make himself animate again before taking his adopted daughter's face in his hands. "You are a very pretty girl, Rain," he mumbled, staring down with a subtle loving. "Too young to be in a place like this. Are you sure there's nothing else you would rather do than get tangled with hell?"
